Just went in for takeaway there were two orders including ours and they completely forgot a 10 pack of nuggets and medium chips??? How does that happen when it’s not busy whatsoever and full staff. Absolutely ridiculous. They are too busy talking to eachother than checking if they’ve made their food properly. Funny thing is also they added sauce even though there’s no nuggets??

Was beyond terrible, ordered and waited over an hour and fifteen minutes for my order, along with a lot of other people, I wasn’t in a hurry so I didn’t mind all that much but other people were getting a little impatient (understandably, not everyone has that long to wait) and this wasn’t helped any when one customer pointed out to me and a few other people that the drive thru was getting their orders within 5 minutes of ordering and was moving along quite quickly even though we had all been waiting so long.

Your usual Macca’s,Cafe was clean & tidy & so were the toiletsl. I called in at a busy time, mid afternoon on a Sunday, but all the young staff there were efficient, friendly & helpful, especially when I couldn’t use those stupid order boards. Didn’t have to wait long for my hot cappuccino & my fresh tasting blueberry muffin. A good place to stop for a break when travelling

Thievery. Stopped to get a meal on way home after a trip on 9 Jun 2023 around 5pm. Used the computerised system ordered food and paid for it using my debit card the amount totalling $28.40 and this amount went off my bank account at 5.01pm. Girl at counter said my order did not come through and would not have gone off against my account, so I had to order again, this order also went off on my bank account at 5.05 pm for the amount of $22.45. A week later I discovered both amounts were taken off my bank account. I contacted them and they promised to send me a voucher for the order I paid for but did not get. I am still waiting 3 weeks later. NOT HAPPY

First walked in the counter was covered in spilt drinks open boxes of sauce packets of icecream cones no where to actually place the ready meals for collection. Staff standing around gossiping and laughing while the place looked disgraceful. The cake cabinet at McCafe has a layer of oily dust you could write your name in. Spent $60+ on food just for the them to completely make the burgers wrong. McCafe was much the same split coffee and milk on the collection counter cup trays lying everywhere & 4-6 milk jugs sitting out in the open air untouched for what looked like hours. I will not be ordering a coffee there again. They take people off the counter and replace them with computers & it’s like they expect the computers to clean the place as well. Staff have more time to clean now and they’re doing it less than before. Very disappointing!

First McDonald’s I have been to where 2 out of 3 ladies toilets had no toilet paper and the 3rd one had none in the dispenser but a part roll beside toilet. Always eat there when travelling because you can rely on clean toilets
