How can you manage to make a box of chicken so oily that it leaks through the box, the bag, and onto my car seat, yet it still seem quite dry when i eat it? I wonder if, as you were behind on your “6” minute wait by a about another 4, maybe you rushed and didn’t complete a process that removes exess oil?

We waited for over 20 minutes for our order. I followed it up as our ticket number was 451 and they just called 463. I was told they were cooking bacon for the zinger burger,shortly after I collected the meals. The chips were cold and so was the chicken and supposedly delayed burger. As we didn’t want to wait another 20 minutes we ate what we could and binned the rest. The restaurant is filthy. Tables that don’t get cleaned and dirty floors. Even out in the cooking area when the door was open we could see rubbish on the floor. There were multiple staff at times just standing there cemented in their spots with clearly no desire or knowledge to do their jobs.Went to the toilet and it was filthy. With regards to cleanliness this has happened before multiple times at this KFC. We won’t be back. Oh and the tower burger is such a disappointment. One star is too many

So disappointing. The chicken was very oily. As you can see the pieces were very small. Service was adequate but the restaurant was filthy. They really seemed to be understaffed. Not sure why there isn’t any consistency across all the stores. Some seem much cleaner, better run, fresher and less oily chicken. This was just dripping in oil.

I order my $4.95 go bucket and I did the survey. I then went up to the counter and told them I did the survey they then refused to give you my 600 mil drink. And they also messed up my order by not adding the mountain dew slushy I ordered with the go bucket
