Easily one of the worst maccas I’ve been to. I’ve given given them a couple of goes as it’s my local and understood that they were going through teething issues as a new store but things have not improved. Employee in drive through did not properly secure the cup lid spilling my drink on myself and my car. We got home with our food only to find out we’ve been charged for and given the wrong burger, so poorly mangled I can only imagine they were playing frisbee with the patty. Chips were rock hard too, what a disgrace.

Literally the slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Staff were visible hiding out the back talking, whilst customers were stacked up waiting for orders. Took over 10 minutes to get an ice cream.

Worst experience I have had. Went through drive through which took a very long time. There was no one else around. After sitting there for 10 minutes someone finally came on and took my order. It then took another 10 minutes to get to the payment window. Once I paid and got my food I checked my order which was a large 6 nugget meal. The order was correct however I only got 3 nuggets. Don’t charge me $13 for a meal and not give me what I ordered. Never going back. Worst service ever.
