Short staffed and only focus on the drive thru customers. I had to shout out from the front counter to get someone to acknowledge me after waiting 20 mins for my coffee. The coffee itself is awful and not worth the wait , avoid this McDonalds

Very poor service. It’s ironic that drive thru orders got ready in 3 minutes and the online order that been sitting for 25 minutes and they have no clue what to do and in return you get a response that order is big ?? 4 burgers with fries and drinks ? Ordered on app but never got served, finally got a refund. Service here is terrible you just get ignored. Multiple people had to walk away.
