I went in to order and came home with two orders with missing items. Due to the road works I had to travel a considerable distance. I got there and got the two waters, the chips and eat my cold fish fillet on the way home. My husband ended up with a cold burger too. Though the girl at the windows recognised me and said she would see the manager and was sorry for the mistake made by the service team. I did think it was quite sad that I was not offered a hot replacement for the two burgers I brought back in case they wanted proof. I certainly am not happy with the outcome.

Service was absolutely shocking. Wait time was ridiculous. Went to the counter to ask why it was taking so long. 40 minutes later I got a refund. If there were issues with the frappe maker, they could of told me, instead of ignoring me.

Food took 35 minutes, came out cold, no extra sauce and to top it off we both have food poisoning from it. Nice one.
