Had ordered a macflurry, received a half filled cup of it. Asked to look after it. The girl maybe she was the manager said its the standard size of it, while it was not. It wasnt the first time me buying it. Afterwards she said very rudely that MAYBE NEXT TIME YOU SHOULD PAY MORE.

First self serve wasn’t working (touch pad) the next one was literally opened in half & I could see the wiring coming out…. Third machine finally processed our order but no receipt was printed…. It took over 20mins just to receive our order and by that stage our other friends had finished their food. Like I don’t understand why it takes that long to make 1 coffee, blueberry banana bread & ice-cream… ?? In addition to this, the coffee was extremely hot (I burnt my tongue) and the banana bread came with no blueberries .. just plain and completely charcoaled/blackened and dry no butter or cutlery… With NO APOLOGY for the long wait or quality of food … very disappointed.

Manager needs a job in the morgue so he doesn’t have to speak with the living. The most disgraceful, rude and belligerent person I have ever encountered. The place was filthy, male bathrooms were unusable due to filthiness, the tables were disgusting, the machines to order were broken, and there was no service. When asking where our ice creams were, we were sworn at and told drive through was more important. You couldn’t even get drive through right! 3 people came back into the store after getting their orders which were so far wrong it’s a freaking joke.

If I could give zero stars I would. Waited 20 minutes for order, then order was wrong. Fries undercooked, and given water instead of sprite zero which took so long to change I walked away without a drink. Very rude staff. There were many angry customers in the restaurant at the same time. I have been to this restaurant 3 times and each time it was terrible. Will not go back…. go to the one by Milperra instead and save yourself pain!

What a disgusting dirty place the floors doors benches etc look like they haven’t ever been cleaned. The service is so slow they have one girl serving and she is getting the food. None of the self serve touch screens are working. Never again. I thought the managers are supposed to make sure the place is clean. Pigs wouldn’t even live in there.
