Ordered half meatlovers and half just pineapple. A couple of the slices only had 2 little pieces of pineapple on them. Most of my bites had no topping in them. I only ordered 1 topping at least make it so i get 1 piece of pineapple with each bite. Thats not asking too much. That’s disgusting considering I paid $15 for 1 pizza pick up. Will never return. Staff are not friendly either.

Stale garlic bread slapped together pizzas 2 were not the same as ordered charged to change the pizza sauce to BBQ $2.95 x 3 + surcharge = $9.94 just 4 sauce & the pizzas were very cold & undercooked dowy ! I would never go back to that store again as the floors were wet & slippery & the staff just want to argue & close shop half hour early & practicly pushed us out the door because we were female ozies !

PREM (Manager) an absolutely rude and obnoxious individual. DOMINOS offering new Pepperoni Deluxe pizza with 100 pieces. It arrived with pepperoni half the size and an aniseed flavour. Our 2nd pizza we added pepperoni to Crème fresh at an additional cost, it arrived with baby pepperoni on it (approx 15 baby pieces on it).. Called store and PREM blamed me for clicking “pepperoni cup” which clearly equates to “ripped off” – refused to engage with me or offer customer service, refund or future replacement – ABSOLUTELY RUDE! It’s not about the money, it’s the dodgy changes to the menu that catch people out.. no idea what the aniseed flavour on a pepperoni pizza is about. I questioned what pepperoni cup was, he said it’s new this week and it’s my fault for clicking to add it instead of the usual pepperoni ♀️

Our normal purchase is traditional pizzas. Not happy with recent purchase. Classic crust not cooked all the way through, not cut all the way through and very small and large slices.

In the past I have been a satisfied regular customer of Domino’s Pizza Revesby South. Tonight after receiving delivery of an order that included a vegetarian pizza I am a dissatisfied customer. It is a pizza that is usually ordered by me but tonight it was covered in what appeared to be a layer of poor quality bechamel sauce that to me had an artificial chemical type taste. I rang and advised the store that this had been my experience and was told that they were using a different cheese and were quite indifferent to my comments even though I told them that in my opinion the pizza was not edible and was going into the bin.

Ordered an extra topping and they didn’t even have it in stock, so they just gave me the pizza without it. I only realised after checking a few mins later. No one in the shop had the decency to tell me they didn’t have it anymore but they will happily still take the money for it. When I confronted them they just blamed the website for allowing me to order the extra topping. This is just scummy behaviour.

Gave me food poisioning 🙁 Ordered the value chicken mega pack for dinner last night near close, and shortly after I was sick. Throwing up all night. Called when they opened today and spoke with the manager to inform them of the food safety risk and I was dismissed and told that since I was the only person to have made a complaint that there is nothing he could do. Thought they’d care more about their customers health and safety, especially as chicken was involved. Very disappointed.
