Will only give out 1 small cup of water per person in the car, one of us went in to the shops whilst I went through the drive through to order a cheeseburger coffee and 2 waters i was only aloud 1 small water even when I offered to pay for a cup of water she said “no sorry” only ended up getting coffee as this interaction threw me and i forgot to order the rest…the girl who went into the shops went without her cheeseburger and I went without water as I gave her mine…

This store looks recently renovated. Food was usual Macca’s standard. I had a strawberry shake which was excellent. I feel like they have changed the flavour and it is much nicer. The self order machine was out of paper so we didn’t get a docket.

Usually have a good experience at this McDonalds because of the nice staff and coffee. Except today one of the ‘managers’ Jayden, was extremely rude. They had forgotten to put syrups in both coffees which is no hassle but the manager took this to heart. I confronted him about his behaviour and there was no accountability taken, only excuses and refused to tell me how to make a formal complaint against him.

I enjoy visiting Maccas, but I’m constantly frustrated with the staff going through and missing items for orders or overcharging for things. In my case, I had ordered shaker fries and was charged accordingly for it, but when I checked my meal, I wasn’t given any and was told that they were sold out. Was quite frustrated to see that this item was sold and packaged to me and charged, yet the staff knew they were sold out. If I had driven off, it would have been too much hassle to drive back for a refund.
