A 24-hr fast-food outlet that is neither fast nor enjoyable. Burger is dry, Fanta is tasteless, coffee is weak, and service is painfully slow. The only upsides are its location (next to Freeway), access (plenty of parking) and operating hours (24/7).

Around 12 midnight, my son and I went to McDonald’s Kwinana Northbound to order food. I aaked the Manager on duty if the branch was Southbound and he said Northbound. He said the system will be resetting that it will take 10-20 mins. I said how about 10? He said when the system will reset. And so i said it was fine. Minutes passed, i called for the staff so I can at least tell them to cook me a fresh nuggets. But the manager said, later after the system is reset. And he added that the system will take another 20 minutes. It’s just ridiculous! Not happy at all!

We had this delivered today. Everything was freezing cold with the exception of two sundaes which had melted. We tried reheating but that just made it even worse. They really need to go back to fast food as used to be, clean and fast. The food shows lack of proper training. Staff are willing to be helpful, like they placed the Infront counter for the customer pick up the order, non have a nice day or glad you came by or even seeing soon or we appreciate your visit. NON OF THAT. it is ashame!!!

Whilst I found the service to be friendly enough, the order did take a little longer than it has in the past. Way too many items showing as ” OUT OF STOCK ” when processing order thru their P.O.S Machines! Last several times I have visited , purchase have been on a ” Take Away Only” basis, however clearly all this equates to is an easier, more efficient way of getting the food served up to customers.
