This is such a funny thing to say, but I had such a good time here. I mean, do you, the average customer expect to go to McDonalds and have a good time? I mean sure, you have some expectations but to have a memorably good experience there? Wow! I thought that was reserved for fancy and expensive places.

Over priced and not that nice. I’m over these companies showing these nice looking , thick buns. As a picture. When we get it it’s flat , missing the rest of the salads ( We got to pay extra)nothing in it. Slapped together. Not very appetising. Cost $15 for a flat thin bit of chicken a little bit of lettuce ( more of it is out of the bun than what’s in the bun. ) and a little bit of sauce. I think that’s a abomination.

We dined in tonight and was served by an absolutely lovely girl named Scarla – best customer service. All of the staff on tonight were friendly, went out their way to promptly serve us and our food was ready so fast – everyone there was clearly working hard under pressure. I witnessed a really rude customer speaking down to the female manager and it honestly just made me want to reach out with a positive review! Thanks for serving us with a smile

Had to go back 3 times, ordered a double bicmac, only got a single, and a garden salad with balsamic dressing, was given no dressing and when they brough dressing it was just ranch sauce in a little tub. Floors in kitchen were in visibly dirty condition too.

Went in for lunch today around 1pm and the manager on duty was yelling at all the staff in a really unprofessional manner. Made the wait for the food so awkward and uncomfortable.

This McDonald’s would have to have the rudest and most uninterested staff in Australia. From the rude young lady sitting on a stool at the drive through window grunting and rolling her eyes as she took orders and payment to the crew of rude teenagers at the front counter ignoring customers and laughing at people asking where there orders are.

Went to 1 Macdonald’s for an advertised special Malteaser McFlurry. Got told they had no Malteasers so reversed out as it was the only reason I went. Went to the other Macdonald’s in town and ordered the same and got told they had no icecream. Asked if they had Malteasers. They said no.

I’m not much on take away anymore. They get your order wrong a fair bit. Sometimes the staff look like they would rather be elsewhere and the restaurant and the toilets are filthy.
