We had very good service here on 3 consecutive mornings so we know it wasn’t a fluke. The lady in charge of the McCafe part (Rena, I think) was excellent, a real asset to McDonald’s. Nicely presented store with a friendly feel. My coffee was up there with the best.

Good was ok but service was slow by McDonald’s standards. Had to wait 15 mins for a Big Mac Meal and 24 nuggets while some of the staff seemed to be just standing around… I was the only customer there as well.

Appalled at the dried up bacon Angus burger meal I purchased for the trip back to Coolgardie on Monday. The bacon was so hard and I actually choked and had to throw burger away. What a waste of $16. I usually go to the other MacDonald’s because I know the Manager LARISSA always makes sure I have a good experience every time I visit and I’ve had pretty bad experiences at this store however this time it was really good.
