We have visited this McDonald’s on a number of occasions heading up North for holidays. Always been an average experience however today was the last straw. Walked into the store with signs everywhere they had run out of lettuce. Then ordered burgers (without lettuce) to then have to wait over 20 mins for our order. Dining room was filthy (had to clean our own table). Quality terrible, food thrown in the bag and items missing that we had to go back to counter for. No care or apology shown by staff. Place was totally out of control.

I have never been in a McDonald’s as filthy as this one!! From the moment we stepped into the outdoor area there was just rubbish, food and spilled drinks everywhere. Entering the premises was not much better, in fact, it was worse!! The restaurant was an absolute disgrace!! Several customers were returning orders, others going back to ask for items that were missing. The staff were not at all friendly or apologetic to any customers. Our meals were not at all pleasant as they were exceptionally greasy and also signage up advising ‘no lettuce, so meal options were limited. Now wished we went to subway

A stop here is never to be repeated for me. Overflowing bins in the carpark area. This whole store inside and out looked unloved and the cleanliness was minimal. The food (breakfast) was cold and the coffees were like dishwater. (cappuccino and latte) Needless to say it all went in the bin, what a waste of money. Note to self, Never stop here again when on a road trip.

On our way back to Sydney, I ordered 3 takeaway items last evening. Somehow they served only 1 of them. After waiting for a while, I followed up with one of the staff, and they assured me the remaining items won’t take much longer. After waiting and then following up again, the barista went inside and prepped the remaining items and served straight away. What was supposed to be a quick pit stop ended up wasting ~30 minutes.

Filthy male toilets, obviously not cleaned regularly. Paper litter and unwiped tables. This was early morning and not busy. Half the staff standing around chatting and drinking coffee. No sense or urgency despite complaints from numerous customers. My wife ordered raisin toast was given banana bread. One piece was broken into small pieces. It looked like it had fallen on the floor snd someone trod on it. When this was pointed out to the surly wait person she offered no apology. Worst MacDonald’s I’ve ever visited. Won’t be back.

When I visited this restaurant last week the place was nothing short of Disgusting,paper receipts all over the floor in front of counter service,spilt drinks on seats not cleaned up,overflowing garbage bins,unclean tables just to get started. When asked to have my cold fries replaced,staff member was rude,asked to see manager who was absolutely clueless and when pointed out short comings all he said was sorry. No attempt to clean up at all. If I could rate no stars it would still be too many. Have called head office and store owner yet to make contact after 2 calls. I will not let this go,this place was Disgusting for somewhere that is supposed to be clean and tidy, I’ve seen cleaner pigstys than this place
