Do yourself a favour and go anywhere else. Yet to receive the right order, this is the fourth time now. The burgers may be better, but they don’t make up for the lack of everything else. Also, waiting an hour and a half for a delivery of one meal and a side is a joke.

Shocked by how unclean this restaurant is. You feel dirty just walking to the register to order your meal. The floors are so dirty your shoes stick when you walk, and the tables and chairs weren’t wiped down and the toilets are filthy.. Will not be returning..

I went there just for icecream and they were cleaning the machine. The dude was so friendly and polite and seemed to enjoy his job. 5 stars just for him. Plus he told me where I could still get icecream and it ended up pretty good which was awesome of him lol.

It’s a busy fast food outlet. Quality is where I would expect it. Though, there was so much garbage at the entrance to the store that was on the ground and not in the bin. Tables were not wiped down. I’m guessing that there were staffing issues.

Just got of coffee from here and it was so bad I had to tip it out. I specifically chose to get my coffee from HJ’s because last time I stopped here the coffee was so good! I was so impressed by the quality that I was excited to stop here again. But it must come down to the luck of the draw with who the barista is. I haven’t had a coffee this bad in a long time. Maybe the person is new. But yikes! It takes a lot for me to literally throw away a coffee coz it’s that bad.

Choosing between hungry jacks and GYG- choose hungry jacks. Workers put more care into my food than any other hungry jacks has. To the staff that present food well instead of throwing things in- Thankyou, as a customer it goes a long way. Definitely coming back. I ordered the Angus grill masters- a non greasy bun and topping neaty placed in side. And a storm filled to the top instead of half way.
