Been here couple of times on our drive to Sydney, always busy but wait time isn’t too bad. Food is quite fresh, coffee from the cafe is on the slightly weaker side but acceptable as it’s a Macca’s coffee.

Good customer service, for a maccas- however; The chips were soggy/undercooked. The Angus burgers were horrible. (Ordered 2 meals and spicy nuggets). Dry over cooked patties, added extra onion on both and got non at all…we pay for the extras- and its ridiculous getting nothing at all. Had a few bites and thought- there’s no onion. That’s when I opened it..

Such a stressful experience stopping in here at night. Manager yelling at staff across the store, just standing there throwing burgers in the bin while dozens of people all waited excessive amounts of time. Rancid Bacon for toasties in the McCafé fridge right below the Macaroons that were also expiring within the hour (see pic). One guy was actually really trying and manned the cafe as no-one else had started making any coffees. He threw the bacon out when I pointed it out. My daughter’s burger was part frozen and she refused to eat it. Waste of money and time. Cured me of visiting Maccas for a long time.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Find another maccas and stop there. This maccas is always understaffed and the toilets are filthy. People from the drive-through served before people who walk in.

Was extremely dirty. All tables had rubbish on them or food left overs. Chips tasted bitter so they haven’t changed oil in a while. The bins were overflowing. See photos. Staff were friendly and appeared to be working hard. I think management understaffs the place to maximise profits.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. Not busy at all. Staff joking around, not a bad thing but could have been spending their time cleaning the filth. Not a clean table. Floors disgusting. Bins overflowing. Rubbish piled high on tables. Carpark full of rubbish. Toilets filthiest thing I’ve seen. Call yourself a restaurant and charge restaurant prices. Do yourself a favour and keep driving past this place.
