went here today, the food was good, but i ordered aioli sauce and got sweet and sour sauce. instead of acting like a karen, i just nicely and politely (i know crazy right) asked staff if they could exchange it and they apologised. the girl was very nice 🙂

I can honestly say the people that work here have absolutely no idea what they’re doing. Completely incompetent and somehow it’s not possible to change the hash brown to a fries even though you can do it on the app AND on uber eats. But no you can’t do that if you come in-store. They don’t even fill the fries all the way. Paid for a large and received not even a medium. Don’t recommend if you want what you pay for

I was served, in the food court, by a lovely girl, I didn’t get her name but she was the definition of service with a smile. She was very polite in what she said. However, whilst waiting for my soft serve I noticed a few imperfections within the crew. I noticed that, the lovely girl that served me, was being picked on by the crew members. Not only that but when I did get my ice cream it was half melted and quite small. Definitely not worth my hard earned 80 cents. I even heard the women next to me say, that her fries were cold, soggy and wet with grease. The lovely girl needs to be treated with respect and my ice cream needs be in one piece and the size of the advertisement. Fortunately I will not be ordering from this McDonald’s ever again.
