So basically around 1:00 AM I kindly asked the drive-thru worker “ can I please get a Carolina grilled chicken” and she then gave me ham burger and I went back again and said you gave me a ham sandwich not a grilled chicken and then she threw it in the bin and gave me a new one , later on I found out she gave me grilled chicken with ham and to be specific she even asked me grilled chicken and she didn’t mention grilled chicken with ham i cannot eat ham due to religious reasons and i unknowingly ate it , I’m sorry but I just wasted my money. Please do correct these mistakes and please ensure to double check customers order.

When I order a small chips using the drive through, I would at the least expect them to be warm, NOT COLD! Surely their workers have been trained better than this. I’m sure the crows enjoyed them as I tossed them out of my car window.

Even when It’s completely dead, still take half an hour to prepare your order and somehow still manage to get it wrong. 3 different burgers, 2 of which requesting no pickle, one requesting bacon to be added and mayo removed, another requesting no onions and added bbq sauce, only to get 3 identical burgers with NONE of our specifications even considered. We receive NO dipping sauce with our nuggets and didn’t even get the flavour of frozen drink we wanted. Pitiful service and the staff weren’t very helpful.

Order in the mobile app to collect at drive thru. Ordered the $5 cheese burger meal which was cold and dripping in bbq so my partner couldn’t eat it. We also ordered the $15 hunger tamer which we asked for a spicy burger and they gave up a cold burger and didn’t come with the chicken Royal and nuggets and cold chips which looked to be microwaved!

I went through the drive through and asked for fresh classic Jack meal as I am pregnant. I was told I would have to wait and they would do it and I was happy to do it. After I waited the prescribed time a lady walked out to the car next to mine and handed them their food I spoke to her and let her know and she said she would check. She came out moments later said they have me extra chips as I had to wait longer. When I got the food home the chips were not all fresh and the burger wasn’t either but it was also the wrong kind and so spicy I couldn’t eat it! This is so dangerous and I had been so patient us I was happy to wait for the safety of my baby

not impressed with this hungry jacks joint at all. waited at least 5 minutes in the drive-through to pay for my order, with the window person having no acknowledgment and typing away on the machine. preceded to try grab the person’s attention by saying ‘’hello, do we order here?” several times, but yet again no acknowledgment AT ALL. then went to the area where food is grabbed to where another worker said in an unkind manner “you have to go to the pay area, we do not take payments here’’, as of which i responded with the reasons of why i couldn’t/didn’t pay at the pay window. she then also replied in a more I cannot accept the money you’ll have to come back around again we were not very impressed! this is supposed to be fast food not slow. Also having the door or the window closed. When were yelling out how do we pay here? I’m leaving us there for over two minutes. What a joke never coming back again.!!

Ordered thru the drive thru double ultimate whopper meal large with no tomatoe and cheese burger super stunner meal. Got the ultimate meal which only had one pattie in it and drench in mayo sauce and tomatoe and other meal was missing the nuggets. Seriously how hard is it to get an order right. Never returning to that place again. Management there is hopeless.
