Once again there is a stuff up. Ordered a choc thick shake get home and it’s vanilla. Ordered a Ceasar salad and only got lettuce and chicken, no bacon, no croutons, no cheese, no dressing. It’s getting worse and it’s not somewhere I would go often at all yet give the benefit of the doubt and return at a later date and still orders get stuffed up

So I’m no mc lovin’ the business model of prioriting drive through over in store customers wait time is less than a minute for drive thru but customers have to wait at times half an hour and 6 stores I’ve been to has late arrival for the delivery and when U go in store your left waiting that long that the food is done cold and rock hard workers are well over worked that the cleaning is sidelined most times

Really a hit and a miss with Mount Gambier MacDonald’s Penola Rd, twice now they’ve forgotten items in my order, but tonight’s was ridiculous, decided to go inside because the drive through was packed, I ordered the family footy favourites box. I asked for 2 garden salads and they were put in hot cakes cardboard boxes that were going soggy and no dressing (Pictured), they forgot the 10pk nuggets, so I rang to let them know that i was disappointed and they asked if I could come back, I’m like no not now, so they took my number and was going to send me a message with replacement items and I still haven’t received the message, the manager was nice but yeah very unreliable in what he said, so out of my day tomorrow I’ll call once again and let them know I’m even more disappointed and that they can replace items and a partial refund. The inside was pretty dirty, rubbish on the floors, I get it gets busy but why wouldn’t you have a specific person/S to keep the place tidy and clean, I think this place needs a bit better routine in place

Booooo, how is fast food always cold. You are better off driving to Acky’s Takeaway & Cafe in Millicent. It’s half an hour away but I think it’s is still worth it.
