Besides this whole shops being excellent I must say these stars of for one worker in particular. Nate P blew my mind. I have never in my 18 years of living been so impressed with a customer service experience. I asked this young man for a barbecue cheeseburger and to my shock he pulled through harder than Erling Haaland last season. After I indulged in my burger I was in desperate need of some napkins. I come here very rarely but each and every time I do the girl taking my order gets it wrong and tells me to wait in the parking bay. Last time I ordered a small meal with an extra burger, after waiting in the parking bay for 15 mins the other customers beside me started complaining so they rushed out half of my order with both burgers upside down and drenched in mayonnaise. I would have been more understanding if it was busy and stressful but there were literally only two other cars. I’ve also worked the same job not long ago and the manager has always made sure we do our best even when we’re stressed, however, this is just disgusting and unacceptable. This is possibly the worst Hungry Jack’s in all of WA, I’m sure a lot of the teenage staff take pride in demolishing their store’s reputation but if the owner is reading this message I urge you to consider re-educating your afternoon store personnel.

I ordered a burger from uber eats and when I got it, the burger was completely raw in the middle. Fully pink and had pink juice coming out of it. I did call the manager and he was apologetic and gave me a voucher from a free meal which was nice but still not good enough. It could of made someone sick.
