Went through the drive thru at around 8 this morning and was told to wait in the waiting bays because fresh fries were being cooked. 15 min later our food is brought out to us and the fries were already cold and stale.

The fact that you ask customers to go park just to wait for a burger and to have the all three patties of meat are not sitting on the burger properly the people in the kitchen should not be preparing food they should be trained properly no excuses take away is not cheap this I why you get reviews and bad ones at that… PRESENTATION is the biggest thing when it comes down to restaurants even small cafes grow up and have respect for others

Asked for a medium orange juice and they filled it up 1/2 way. I asked for it to be filled to a “standard ” medium as they then tell me the orange juice machine isn’t working so can’t fill it up anymore so asks me to park. Then comes out with an orange juice and had filled the rest up with ice.

Waited 30min for 4 meals, everything was cold and was the worst McDonald’s we have ever eaten, unfortunately we had driven away because we had a 3.5hr drive still. Every one else was served while we were still waiting, there were about 15 cars that went through the drive through and 10 other orders served in store. I asked the staff member (Jorja) whats taking so long on my order, and response was that of someone that did not care. Was told just waiting on food. (Really, that is why I’m still here) Would think waiting that amount of time the food it would be hot and fresh. Instead Chips cold, burgers slapped together, nuggets cold, patties on burgers over cooked. I would have been more than happy had I received an apology of some description and the food hot and fresh after waiting that long. We will never return to this store again. After seeing photos of other reviews I’m not surprised with the lack of service and the food that we received. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.

Legit the worst maccas I have ever visited. The lady who was making coffees was as rude as they come very ignorant. Also waited almost 10 minutes just for cutlery for Pancakes. So many staff members but no one being served.

Me and my partner go to maccas on an often occasion, however, we are usually disappointed with our burgers either missing the extra chicken patty (nearly always receive a regular mcchicken when we paid for a double) or the food being stale. We have found hair in our food twice now and is disgusting. The quality of food is one of the biggest aspects of a fast food chain but is usually mediocre at best when received. The drinks that have often been received from our meals are usually running out of syrup especially with the frozens and is usually thrown out. I have worked at maccas and know that when syrups are running out they turn a lighter brown meaning they are not to be sold but it seems like the employees do not seem to care for the quality that is handed out. Please try better.
