Not a fan of Macca’s food, but really like their coffee. 4 years living on the road and really appreciate the fact that the coffee always achieves the same high standard no matter which McCafe you go into. Love the simplicity of the My Macca’s app and the free wi-fi. Extremely useful for travellers.

We were charged twice at the drive thru. When my friend rang them they were very unfriendly and made him feel as though he had done something wrong. He got a refund but no sorry no free burger to make up for his inconvenience. So get your receipt check your bank statement. Makes you wonder how long this has been going on.

I don’t usually go to Maccas. It wasnt clean, the toilets needed a good clean and I could not believe there was no hand sanitiser particularly after everybody had been using the touch screens. I found only one sanitizer in the whole place and guess what it was empty. Toilet paper needed refilling. Very disappointed in deed.

Toasted muffin not burnt. Forever and always I get a sausage and egg McMuffin and isn’t. Just once I would like the muffin lightly toasted. Put it on the burner for a few seconds. I hope that anyone that works there isn’t allowed to cook at home. Everything would be burnt
