Just tried it for the first time. Wasn’t too bad. Ordered 2 kids meals with nuggets and a Carolina burger. Presentation of the burger could be better, but it did taste nice. Amount of chips was a little disappointing, but they were really good. The kids enjoyed their meals (nuggets and chips), but there were no free toys (as advertised), also no straws for the drinks. So overall, the food was good, but the presentation needs a little polish.

Lovely staff. One of the staff helpfully checked if whoppers are dairy free for me, and they are! Coffee was nice but quite weak, get an extra shot if you like it strong. Food was hot and very fresh. Chips were cooked perfectly.

Worst Burger have ever eaten. The chips were way too salty. The burger meat tasted off, the salad was just slapped on top. Never again, we have always supported Hungry Jacks wherever we have been, but this is the worst. And they got the order wrong.

Ordered Sourdough Toastie, it was cold and soggy, that with the continual banging of the staff door made the whole experience very disappointing compared to other HJ’s I’ve been to. Not good for a new store.

Poor service, staff didn’t care, and we waited nearly 30mins patiently in drive thro which wasn’t busy for the whopper with cheese they didnt even put onions or mayo in it …which was cold won’t be going back ever again. At least the apple juice I ordered was cold.

Do your self a favour don’t go to hungry jacks in Kingaroy bad service food cold atmosphere none my wife ordered a chicken burger waiting 1/2 an hour finished up with a chicken royal when she ordered something different I know this won’t make any difference to them but we will never go there again
