I purchased an almond flat white today, but I received a coffee made with cow’s milk and sugar instead. I never drink coffee with cow’s milk and sugar. It’s frustrating that they didn’t follow my request and made their own version of coffee. I didn’t have time to change it in the morning as I had to rush to work. If McDonald’s claims to have great coffee in their ads, why not consider hiring professional baristas for every store to ensure quality and customer satisfaction?

Extremely bad customer service from the Manager, Jorja. Had very bad attitude when I asked for ketchup and told me off to order it when my order was made but I was never asked which sauce I like. She walked off angrily and didn’t even bother to even say that it’s how the order should be made. To my surprise, I found other sauce, not ketchup at the bottom of my bag which was never asked or informed to me. I gave her back the sauce I found and ask her who put that there if I was supposed to tell when I made the order. She has terrible attitude and worst customer service. Never going back to that branch again. Spoilt my day by just meeting her.

At around 11:30 today, I bought a large fish burger. It was a really bad experience. The service attitude of the staff needs to be trained. The french fries have been maintained for over than 7 minutes, and the amount given is very small, tell them For this question, she didn’t say a word of apology, just took the fries and threw them back to the hot bar, repeating and very stale fries for me!
