The sign says open until 10pm but we arrived a bit after 9pm and the staff had cleaned most of the stations. When we ask if they were open the staff looked at our direction and walked in the back of the store until we left and then they returned back to cleaning the stations. Great to see customer service isn’t important.

Bought a serve of cheese chilli chips, atleast 1/4 th of the box was filled with oil. Chips are completely soaked in oil. Had no choice but to dump the box of chips as it is. Food business needs a minimum quality to be maintained.

I was there Monday night with my daughter and 70 year old mother. We were out the front discussing what to order when the chair my daughter sat on collapsed under her sending her down to the concrete underneath in the rain. I took the chair and told staff they young girl didn’t seem to care, gave a slight smirk then a larger guy came and asked what the problem was, I told him and also said my daughter was still crying on the ground out the front because she hit her spine hard and he shrugged his shoulders, took the chair and walked off. The service was absolutely terrible, the manager was very aggressive and argumentative. I was asked 4 times if i was a delivery driver, to which each time i replied no, the order was for myself and he continued to argue and ask for evidence to prove that the order was for me. DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR!
