The reason behind the 1 star is because the tea was everywhere in the bag, the lid wasn’t even on the cup. Because of this my whole meal went everywhere and I was unable to eat most of it due to the tea making it soggy. I was very disappointed to order this and was looking forward to having a good meal. What a waste of money and not a happy customer. Never had anything like this happen before. To top it off, they could not get my McFeast burger right, there was no tomato and was more like a cheeseburger. Half of the McFeast was soggy due to the spillage of the tea. I have been waiting days for Menulog to get back to me about a refund but they are very slow at replying. This honestly makes me not want to order from Menulog if this is how long it takes to reply.

As an uber driver I see how good they aren’t often. This store is very slow not the teenagers fault for talking or not moving fast but management for hiring them, but if want a quick meal drive through is the only way to guarantee a quick meal. Terrible experience today at Brassal McDonald’s, got served by a midget with an attitude, blue shirt, name tag said Mia. Food took 40 minutes to come out, completely unacceptable. Can confirm will not be going back!!!

This is easily the worst store in Ipswich. My sibling and I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 cheeseburger meals and 10 nuggets, and got parked and waited for 10 minutes despite our order being small and simple, despite the fact they had a full house of staff and despite the fact there was only one other car in drive thru and barely anyone at the counter. On another occasion my family ordered 3 meals and ended up waiting nearly 40 minutes for our order, by which point our food was stone cold. Highly do not recommend.

Me and my children (7 year old son and 2 year old daughter) went down to mcdonalds for a yummy filet o’ fish meal. when i told the waiter my order. I was projectile vomited on and my 2 year old daughter was drenched in regurgitated cereal. When walking into maccas at brassall i went to the kiosk and ordered, i sat down and waited for like nearly 30 minutes before even receiving our food. When we got the food the counter was filthy as you see below and i had a sip of my coke and it didnt taste right. So i took it back and they took about 10 minutes and so i said “excuse me can i get my coke that i asked to be changed this is ridiculous” and they changed it quickly but didn’t say have a nice day or anything. Another time we went through drive through and ordered 2 meals, nuggets, 3 large chips, we paid and when given our food we only had 3 chips for the meals and a extra one so we said ” where are our other 2 chips” and the guy replied you only ordered 3 and he said youll have to go back around and pay.
