I went into your store around 8pm yesterday expecting to be treated with some basic human decency, Instead i got some of the worst customer service i have ever experienced that leaves a sour taste in my mouth even thinking about it now. The employee named Nick is a perfect example of someone who shouldn’t be serving customers, an absolutely horrible attitude that comes across as arrogant, and an obvious distain to even be there. He seemed to roll his eyes when i asked even the most basic questions about the menu. And his tone of voice was not befitting of someone who is serving customers. If it wasnt for my kids waiting in the car i would of asked for the manager then. I highly recommended you look into this employee.

I didn’t check the name on his tag, but I’d like to just say that the guy working today during breakfast menu with the short brown hair has excellent customer service skills. He has served me more than a few times over the past few months and it’s very refreshing to go to a fast food restaurant and be treated like a customer, not a burden 🙂 I’ll be sure to get his name next time and update it here.

One of the slowest hungry jacks I have been to. Multiple times I have reversed out of the drive through and gone to another food place, twice I have sat in the drive through and noone served me but served other cars to be told sorry sometimes our sensors don’t pick up large cars. Multiple wrong orders, 1 time they lost my order and I was waiting in the waiting bay for half an hour before I walked back in to see what happened.. need better management or something. Would not recommend.

Enjoyed a quick stop for breakfast and got the toasted ham cheese and tomato sandwich. The bread was excellent and the fillings were yummy. We also got jack’s Cafe iced drinks they were very yummy.

Don’t normally have HJs for lunch but was passing, ordered the new gravy Tatos carry cup and a whopper jnr, apart from it costing me $8 for the burger and $4 for the carry cup, the chips were oil soaked the 3 Tatos were burnt and oil soaked, waited for near 20 mins in the drive thru line stuck between 2 cars in a closed in area of the drive thru getting gassed from the exhaust fumes!!! When did the prices go threw the roof for half the product??? The staff were so slow it was like watching paint dry… And it wasn’t that busy that it constituted the wait or the bad product.. never again for Brassall Hungry Jack’s..

Placed an online order for drive through collection at 950pm. Google says the resteraunt is open until 11pm. Turn up to collect the order at 1010pm to be told the resteraunt is closed. I’ve been billed for such order & received nothing. Poor service. Shouldn’t be allowed to place an online order for a place that is clsoed.
