Bought a bacon n egg burger Mcmuffin it is total disgusting n a joke.. It’s definitely looks nothing like you advertise n the rest of the order which we placed online was clearly not what we ordered.. Totally wasted our money n time.. This place was filthy! Rubbish absolutely everywhere. From the moment we walked in, my son was pointing out all the rubbish on the floor. Looks like they hadn’t cleaned in a long long time. It wasn’t even busy when we dropped in for an ice cream. Just a small sample of the mess. No excuse.

Disgustingly inept staff. Took over 15 minutes to get a simple cheeseburger & chicken nugget meal for grandkids. Had to go to counter & ask what was going on. We were number 161; they were up to 170 before I asked. Turned out order had been sitting there but wasn’t called out. Seriously you expect at least basic customer service. It’s not 5 star dining; it’s basic takeaway food. McDonalds Treetops needs to keep a better eye on their staff

I know it’s fast food and expect for a drop in quality but this particular restaurant is beyond horrible. I’m serious when I say, the staff couldn’t be bothered to even wrap your burger properly. The wrapping is so loose and without care the burger is at risk of falling out when you take it out of the bag…. and the burger itself? A dry-retching, sloppy small excuse for a burger.
