Me and my mother live just down the road from this maccas so we often go there. Consistently making mistakes. We have had to go back and ask for missing food, and normally they treat us like we are lying. Today we ordered breakfast, the food is good and we were served quickly, but my mother’s hot chocolate wasn’t even filled all the way! For $5 I expect it to be actually filled up and made properly.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to!!!! I’ve been here multiple times and every single time it takes 20-49 minutes every order. One time it took over 30 minutes for some soft serves and a frozen coke. I went today at night time roughly 10pm and it took over 20 minutes for a crispy Caesar wrap meal. They are understaffed with only one back area and two counter/drive through. Customs service was horrible they refused to give my friend their food because he used my code that had my name on it and they said in an attitude “Is this you name”, he said no then she refused to give it to him saying “it’s not your food” when my friend showed them his receipt that was his food. They also didn’t give my friend a straw dk I had to get back up and get him a straw. So I had to get up and tell them that it was his food just under my name. I have tried coming to the store multiple times but every time it always takes way too long then it should and the food is very cold “fries” because I am waiting for my wrap or burger. The atmosphere was disgusting the floor was sticky and the tables were not the cleanest. I only received my food after I asked where it was otherwise who knows how long it could of taken! Wouldn’t recommend and never coming back!!

Young manager thats was on tonight needs a attitude adjustment and does not know what customer services. If your going to work in customer service at least don’t be a stuck up cow. Makes your self and the company look bad. Come on your job is not that hard, acting like you are CEO of Apple or something. After my experience today i would love nothing more than to buy that place just to have the satisfaction of firing her.

Went here the other night through the drive through, the Indian girl on the speaker box could not understand hardly any English, i had to repeat my very small order like 5 times. Then i got to the window and she made a soft serve cone for me that i simply looked at and told her to add more icecream, she only had put originally a very small amount on, not even covering the top of the cone.

My two granddaughters, a friend and our two dogs had lunch at Labrador Macdonalds today, Sunday 13 August. We were sitting outside and the day was hot. I asked the staff if they had any drinking bowls for dogs which they didn’t. They offered me a paper cup which wasn’t easy for the dogs to drink out of and charged me 50 cents for the cup. We were all disappointed with their lack of kindness for the dogs. Most restaurants provide some form of water for dogs. It was disappointing to all of us that this wasn’t catered for.
