Steer clear of this Subway, very little toppings compared to other Subway stores. Not the first time either. Almost as if staff trained to put less on. Already paying quite a bit for a sandwich guys, you dont need to reduce the amount of toppings by so much that it’s essentially a dry piece of bread.

Called the shop today to give feedback about yet another poor quality sandwich I received over Uber eats. My usual local subway! Food is always great! Only problem this time was the young guy working today at lunch was completely uninterested. Not looking at me when he was talking, barely made any eye contact and overall made me feel like I was an inconvenience being in the shop. My feedback would be to make eye contact and even some small talk when it’s quiet. Building rapport with your customers leaves an impression!! No name tag so I can’t leave a name.

I’ve been into the restaurant twice. Both times were early morning when the restaurant opened. Had no problem with service or my order at that time. Only complaint would be that the restaurant is too small. Having 3 single persons waiting to be served requires the last person to be lined-up in front of the entry door. If the food bay was positioned at the back of the store rather than to the left, maybe customers at a low “3” deep would not have to wait in front of the entry door. To me, this is a simple logical and common sense way to set up the store!
