For 14 years I have ordered a Cheeseburger, no pickles, no ketchup, no mustard, extra onion. I get this once a fortnight after work. Today, I got a cold pink meat patty, and chunks of sliced onion. I returned back through the drive through where the young guy was kind enough to re order my Cheeseburger and show the duty manager the one I got. My burger usually takes a little longer, the second was as fast as the first. I checked it. Patty cooked, just, and two tablespoons of cold fried onion. I pulled up around the corner so as not to hold up people behind me ( waiting Bay was full) . I called and spoke to the manager who was not helpful, telling me the onions (described as “fried onions” on their menu) is Always added to the cooked burger Cold! So, the patty is warmed, put on the bun, then the “fried onion” is added. My burger was cold, Meat as well. I have NEVER had this before, and I won’t again. Hungry Jack’s actually has a nicer version I’ve discovered.

Are they serious?. Every night between about 1.00am and 2.00am they close their registers and stop serving for almost an hour in what they call a registery close. I thought this was very odd so I registered a complaint to their head office and I was informed that all 24 hour maccas do the same but head office also informed me that none of them are supposed to stop serving and were shocked that the bairnsdale site stops serving and that they are not supposed to do that at all. Have been informed that head office will definitely be having stern words with bairnsdale maccas. Drove there one night from 30 minutes away at about 1.30 am in the to be to be told I’d have to wait about 30 minutes because of a registery close. Had never heard of such a thing ever because whilst other maccas do it, this is the only maccas that stops serving. Ridiculous.

There is no board up on the wall to allow customers to know when their meal is closed to been ready. New store outlay looks great. Need more service on the counter not relying on the self self machines alot of people do not like them and prefer actual human service not a machine

I’ve just spent a few days in Bairnsdale and got coffee 1-2 times a day from here while in town. The drive thru was always packed with a long line of cars and a VERY LONG wait but walking into the restaurant took just as long.

Incredibly swift and courteous service. The bacon and egg McMuffins arrived almost as soon as I sat down, very fresh and delicious. The flat white came even sooner! Far better than where I come from. Well done.

8.03pm Cold food ! The servers were too busy looking at girls in the restaurant. When i asked for food to be replaced as it was cold, they did not even apologise. You have taken away the customer service!!. And the drones have taken over. Dont recommend Bairnsdale Maccas

Everytime I go though drive though they mess up my order, by either giving me items I didn’t ask for or ignoring requests made to the order. Walking in I’ve never had an issue, but drive through for some reason something to do with my order is always wrong.

Nice enough place. I only go there on Friday nights so review will be biased. The place gets pretty messy once all the teenagers come through around 8-9pm
