Worst subway in Victoria! Firstly the line was 4 people long took over 20 minutes to get to me. Nothing was prepared ready to make any subs. Not to mention the laziness and poor quality of the sub made. One of the employees was just standing around instead of actively helping the other employee make subs. Would not recommend.

I had ordered a footlong sub at lunch through the app. I had two requests that I had put in the notes section. They had followed through with one of my requests and not the other. The sub itself hardly had any filling nor was there much cheese on it. I had wanted two sauces and there was more of one then the other, one was overpowering the other. The staff do not know the right ratios and how to make a decent sub to satisfy customers. I don’t think I’ll be coming back again.

Nothing wrong with the avo veg sub but sloppy to see 3 of 4 staff couldn’t be stuffed wearing caps with their cool coloured hairdoos, at least you would spot the hair easily. Adding to top up my water bottle twice asked to buy a bottle instead, then filling up with lukewarm tap water, no offer of ice. Pretty basic these days and Hungry jacks down the road has zero issue a few days earlier so that’s where I go back next time.

Great customer service, particularly from the English guy that works there (forgot his name). He went to the effort of changing his gloves for my vego option without me asking which was highly appreciated. Food was filling and decently prices (about $22 for 2 footlongs). Restraunt is clean with good table options to dine in.

Delicious, just disappointing that our three subs had nothing marking what was in each wrapper. It was a lucky dip of trying to find who’s was what. Not good considering Covid. Hopefully this was simply an oversight today.
