Waited 30 minutes for a small drive through order. Horrible management and poor service . Only had 2 workers working and 10plus cars waiting for a service. Was like I was stuck in traffic on M1 . All costumers were beeping in drive through due to their disappointment. Fast food not slow food.

Not sure who is running this circus but clearly the manager has slipped into a coma and no longer available to professionally train those poor kids working hard for pittance. Has the owner passed away and nobody is aware? Why does this “manager” still have a job? Does he/she read the reviews here? Having said that, properly filling a pack of fries is not rocket science. Ripped off and sick of having to go to waiting bay every single time without fail!

Appalling… we went on a Sunday night when it was quite inside… ordered two cheeseburgers one normal and one with no pickles and no mustard… While observing them being made, no care was taken to see the dockets once I pointed it out to the manager she replied yes of course they read the dockets… ( she yelled out to the boys in the back ‘we are reading the dockets right’),Then we had a happy meal with a toy, I had to check if the toy was inside which it wasn’t…

This macdonald’s has gotten worse and worse. Today was the last straw 21/12/21 750pm. Everytime I go here lately ships aren’t eatable all soft and soggy. They give u empty large ships. The other morning they had no eggs left and said to have my McMuffin without egg lol. How can u eat it without the main ingredient. Today looks like they dropped the burger or who ever is working there or management have no idea. Everytime I go there the place looks like it’s not managed well. Can see staff mucking around. It has really gone down hill. Shame on this macdonald’s and the burger today completely discusting. Didn’t even want to go back since everytime I told them about the empty large ships or soggy ones you will get attitude and I can’t be bothered arguing. Management here needs a good look at. Everytime it’s the same here uncontrolled and customers complaining and kids that work there mucking around. Unacceptable and needs to be looked at. Get your act together before someone gets sick.
