Really disappointing for McDonald’s – the chicken nuggets were dry. The coke tasted soapy and was really flat. Also no dip came with the nuggets as we selected on the screen, it was not busy so it was just staff incompetence . Won’t be back here at this McDonald.

Me and my mrs come through Dubbo yesterday to have a day out, plans ended up changing so we got some maccas to make things easy I would like to say the crew that took my order really went over the mark we had some very fast service and lovely customer service when I was being paid out aswell as the handout window, the food was incredibly fresh and well made wasn’t just slapped together I would like to say all you workers deserve a pat on the back for excelling in your jobs going above and beyond, Very good job guys

Always stop at Macca’s on trips to use toilet. Have always been clean in the past, but Dubbo was disgusting. While restaurant needed a good clean, it makes you wonder the standard of kitchen hygiene. We had already ordered.

Tasteless chicken burgers. Took them 20 mins to prepare my order even though i was the only one there and no people in drive through. 24 hours only for drive through. You can’t walk in to buy anything.

Sorry to say the state of the toilets where well under the usual clean standard. Do understand that nobody enjoys or wants to clean toilets or clean up after others.Maybe somebody can come up with a self-cleaning toilet system.
