Didn’t get the full order, nor did they fulfil my requests, chips were soggy when I asked for fresh fries and they weren’t full, the drinks weren’t fully filled. The manager needs to make sure they are making sure their workers are taking notice of what orders are coming through and instead of rushing please take notice to what you’re actually doing.

Jesus Christ. Almost burst an eardrum in the bathrooms. Took my two young children into use the bathrooms after a 3.5 hour car trip and was greeted with the loudest god damn music I’ve ever heard in a bathroom. My kids had to scream so I was able to hear them.

The food and service were ok but, to the young girl that came out to clean I implore of you, please please please go home if you don’t want to be there that badly, you are a health risk to everyone! She came out and wiped half of one table with a dirty cloth leaving smudges of food on the table and food on the seats, with a look of don’t want to be here! If you don’t want to be there then leave and let someone else do the job properly that you’re getting paid to do! Being immune compromised I could only imagine what germs I was sitting amongst at my table and had to leave immediately disgusted to say the least

This is the 3rd time I have ordered McDonald’s from the Dubbo restaurants they get the orders wrong all the time. I use Menu Log a lot as I don’t drive. It’s my kids how want it if I had my way I wouldn’t get it.
