OK except you have to ask for the keys to the disabled toilet on a twelve inch piece of dowl. Just ordinary with cold chips as usual I ask for fresh ones.

Appalling response from McDonald’s management ( located on Cobra St in Dubbo). The store did not supply all items purchased in my order and when contacted the manager refused to accept a mistake on their part. The delivery was received, sealed and missing 1 coffee. It is disgusting that the manager claimed to have checked the cameras and attempted to blame either the delivery driver or myself of being dishonest. A simple replacement would have been sufficient. I will never buy from them again as the company is dishonest and does not respect its customers or drivers. Sincerely, a very upset and uncaffeinated customer.

Worst food experience of my life. Ordered a grilled aioli chicken mcwrap with added cheese (both sliced and parmesan) and no tomato. The wrap I got had literally nothing on it. No lettuce, no sauce and no cheese. Also there was this piece of dried lard or something gross in the wrap that I don’t even think is food-safe. Also, my drink was a large Fanta no ice and the drink I got tasted like half fanta half water and there was ice of course. This isn’t the first time they’ve messed up my order but it will be the last, never going back again. Absolute shameful service.

Our order was missing the fries, when asked about a new bag of fries were thrown at us. We were also missing carrot sticks and a bag of apples but only the apples turned up, But luckily they were not thrown at us…. Not rated. The crew there needs to learn A LOT of customer service.

I live about 80 kmh out of Dubbo so i dont get to go in there very often i usualy get My in laws to drop in and Pick up My order as i am alergic to Cheese i always get my Burger without it as a special order and every second order always has cheese on it , how can you get it so wrong ? as i dont go in there myself all the time , i cant get someone else to check my order so i have thrown away at least 20 Big Macs in the last year why cant you guys sort this out ???
