I am not from Corowa but I have called in to this Maccas a couple of times, only due to time constraints. The staff are not customer service friendly and the service is slow, you feel a bit unwanted here. The food is slapped together and usually your waiting 10 mins plus. This is fast food served slow! Not up to par with other Maccas.

Never have I been to a MacDonalds Restaurant that was not just untidy it was filthy. I am speaking of the Corowa New South Wales Branch of MacDonald’s. Tables were unwiped Mac Cafe area was as bad. Undone Jars mess of cocoa and coffee, floors as bad also. If a Health Inspector happened to drop in I think workers and Management would get a rude awakening. The person who called out my number had her back towards me and that is unprofessional and down right rude. I wouldn’t recommend my family or friends avoid that particular branch of MacDonald’s, the Corowa Branch

Went through drive thru, 3 cars were put into park and there was only 2 waiting bays (no other cars behind). So I had to park in the normal car park. The staff forgot about me. There was only one other car in the regular car park, they didn’t even bother to come out and check. They were not busy, us 3 were the only customers. I was waiting over 10 minutes then went inside to see my food sitting on the bench. The girl just tried to blame another staff member, but they were all to blame. The food was cold. My raisin toast was squashed to a few millimetres and burnt, it was hard to chew through it. I usually never complain as I worked at McDonald’s in my teen years and sympathise with the staff, but there was no excuse for this. Every single time I’ve been to this McDonald’s it has been the worst experience. I don’t understand how this McDonald’s can get it so wrong. What’s up with you guys! It’s really not that hard! If anything the fact that you are in a small country town with not as many customers should absolutely work in your favour! You have more time to get it right!
