Always come here to grab a coffee and find it very hit and miss. I got a coffee here early this morning around 5:30am and it tasted like tweed river water. It was absolutely foul. Please train your staff properly and ensure they are qualified to be a barista. Some coffees are really great!! But I think all your staff making coffees need proper training, especially when paying $6 for a coffee!!!

I ordered a coffee and a soft serve on the app, when I arrived the drive through to pick up the lady told me they don’t have coffee that day, but there was soft serve. When I picked up the soft serve, it was in a sundae lid… I was told they ran out of the cone too. >_<

Purposely going through OT because you have young children in the car, rather than getting them out and heading inside the restaurant. Finalising your order and noticing I forgot to get something so you ask at the front window if they could please take the $2 coin to ring it up at the front register to which I was told it was “logged out” so they couldn’t take my order. Causing an inconvenience I then had to get out once we received our order and go in to get the item I forgot due to the manager or crew member not serving us, I was then served on the same register he told me was “logged out” we got our item that I forgot to order and then noticed that the sauce was missing from one of our meals, had to go in AGAIN to which the manager told me “I put the sauce in” yes, yes you did, but you did not put the sauce in that I paid extra for. Issue resolved but what a major inconvenience. If I wanted to go into the store I wouldn’t have gone through OT. Check your meals before you give them to customers and probably don’t deny their service?? And have your registers logged in on the instance where someone forget to add something to their order by accident! Oh and if I wanted a cheeseburger that wasn’t stacked correctly or cold chips I would have asked for it. God forbid we ask for decent service.
