Previous weekend had pizza prepared by Asians – big, bubbly pastry and very little else. Domino’s are stacked, especially veg ones. Almost as good as genuine Italian pizzas and less than half the cost

The manager at this domino’s is uncooperative and seems to lie when ring up to inform that them that the order is incorrect. The separate that I have called to let them know our order was incorrect he has claimed to have personally make those pizzas. On the arrival from the delivery driver she had told us that he did not in fact cook our order and that she did. He also made us leave him proof that the order was wrong like I was not telling the truth. I thought domino’s had a 100percent customer satisfaction guarantee but I was mistaken.

Was ho hum. As far as Dominos goes they were fine. Little expensive for what I received. Otherwise it was fresh and well cooked. However I was over charged and the order was wrong.

Usually have good service from this store, good customer service from all staff, consistant products and store presentation when picking up, however tonight’s delivery had a delivery driver who yelled from the front yard to tell us he was here, didn’t come up to the front door, forgot some of our order and made it clear he didn’t want to go back to get the rest of it, told us it would be 10mins but was 30mins, and brought different sauce than we ordered for the chicken.

Month or so ago we ordered a garlic prawn pizza. Picked it up and got home and it was just garlicy cheese and vegetables. Called up and they said it was their mistake, they took my address and said they would send a voucher. Voucher never came.

Order not delivered. Lucas (manager who has no passwords to The GPS tracking) was rude, disrespectful and couldn’t even apologize for the stuff up. Said pizzas were given to a man outside even though no men are in the house (and order is in a females name) and dog never made a sound so no one stopped here
