Staff were very rude, and having casual conversations with eachother while customers waited. Took 18 minutes to be served 3 sundaes with only 2 other customers in the store, after staff asked 3 times what we ordered before leaving to talk again. Off shift staff member was laughing as customers becoming frustrated with long wait times before turning to chat to staff and continue distracting them.

Absolutely disgusting! Not clean at all. Not one table is wiped down, floors haven’t been cleaned in months. Took the kids out to the playground and to see the state of it I quickly got them out. Had a mcchicken burger with not one piece of lettuce and a nail size of sauce, as I approached the counter the manager/supervisor on duty quickly seen me and legged it. Leaving one of the kids to deal with it.

The toilets were absolutely disgusting. I ordered a chicken wrap that was just slapped together, had lettuce, and tomato on the outside of the wrap the tool who made it would have known! I would have complained but I was in a hurry & definitely won’t be back!

I don’t know what MacDonalds are doing with their coffee these days, but I haven’t had a good one in ages. They keep saying it’s their best blend ever, but I beg to differ. It’s consistently watery and flavourless. The one I had on the weekend was also cool. Unfortunately I’d driven away so no going back to complain.

I visited McDonald’s tonight and was extremely disappointed with the service. The staff member who took my order overcharged me then rushed me before it could be fixed and then when i got to next window to tell someone.They push the wrong order on me and made mess as the food was packed incorrectly.

Dirty rubbish, staff don’t care about you or the product they are selling. We all know Macca’s is bad (that’s a given) but pair that with rude staff, it’s just not worth it. Instead of stopping at this rude bottleneck of a restaurant maybe instead go to Greta or Muswellbrook (depending on which way you’re heading). Much nicer McDonalds out there, stay away from singleton one if you value your health.
