I’m not one to write a negative review but we have received really poor service on two occasions, therefore I am compelled to share my feedback. We ordered two spicy veg trios, however, when we arrived home found one pizza was totally different and completely covered in meat – quite a shock when you’ve ordered a vegetarian pizza. The next time we went back we were vigilant in checking our order before we left and found yet again our order had been messed up and that we had been charged extra for vegan cheese that we didn’t order. The staff did rectify the error, however, were not apologetic and lacked essential customer service skills. Usually we opt for Domino’s as a more affordable option for takeout, but honestly, I would rather spend my money elsewhere after these experiences. It’s a shame that one franchise can really influence the reputation of other stores because I have not experienced this elsewhere.

If I could give no stars I would. Driver arrived and did not follow online order instructions. Order short 3 items, when phoned was told the items would arrive shortly by a manager with no personality. An hour later still nothing. When I called again I was told they were just leaving. Original order now cold. Would not recommend. Go to Hunter Valley Pizza instead.

Ordered at 9:20pm and was called and advised that they had NO drivers to deliver my order. I said ok fair enough they said my money would take 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS!!! I then asked for a voucher for next time I ordered and was told NO. Asked to speak to store manager told CANT give those details out WYF!!

Wrong pizza was given and when I returned to the store, wrong pizza I received was swapped with my pizza as there was a mixup, I believe the pizza I held was re-used for the other order. As I was eating I found foreign slimy lumps in my choc lava roll which made me physically sick. Probably the last time I’ll think about getting Domino’s, unfortunately.

I ordered two chicken and camembert premium pizzas on Friday night, 20th Sept. Worst ever. There was NO camembert on either one. I used a brochure discount code which said try Dom Pizza checker for special price. Well obviously no one used the pizza checker or they would have realised. And no photo was sent to me. They also ran out of hollandaise sauce so one pizza had hardly any sauce. So disappointed.
