A massive shout out to the night shift manager and her staff tonight. 3 of us turned up really hungry at 3 minutes to closing time. The manager was so accommodating. The 3 Whopper meals we ordered were fresh and so so yummy. Thanks guys for looking after us.

Items was missing in meals & meal was also wrong. Had to goto counter 3 times to get a simple order correct. Did leave feedback on the HJ feedback form. Manager was nice & called me next business day. Did offer me a voucher, but informed him, No way we will be back. Better of travelling to the next town.

What a lovely lady Kristina was today, greeted me with a smile and went the extra mile assisting me with my order for my son. She was a breath of fresh air compared to the majority of customer service people these days as nothing was to much trouble.
