I had a terrible experience at McDonald’s today. I ordered a burger and when I got it, it was completely raw! It was not cooked at all, and it was very unappetizing. The staff seemed unconcerned about it and just said it was how it was supposed to be. I was very disappointed and would not recommend anyone going there for food.

Pathetic, untidy staff and very rude. Mainly this person in the picfure who is always so rude and uses a very hard tone while speaking. This is 7th to 8th time he is like that. I taught let it go as people have bad days but not every day. I am sorry to share his picture but have to give the right feedback. You can see the expression on his face while dealing with customers, always frustrated! Always refuses for our choice of order. So much attitude and aggressive!….. How come you dont have chilli sause, they had it still did not gave me. I am paying you not begging. Furthermore, they were participating restaurants in the app but refused to entertain my order. Entirely bad experience. Please do not go here. Macas will loose so much business because of this person, and I can see even after so many reviews Macas does not care! So be it!
