went there Tonight after finishing late around 10:08pm. wanted a quick dinner like i normally get on a late night shift. told to move to the second recieving window but couldn’t because a car was already there so moved the waiting bay. Was forgotten about for 20minute’s I got very upset. acted out in a disgraceful way (yes i did bang on the door)because my emotions was already high from stress. was made to feel less about my situation interrupted when trying to explain through tears (and my part swearing) the server swore back at me. (the server that told me to move which confirmed that they did forget about me and my order) Made me out that I was going to physically attack them when I was crying and could barely stand from shaking. I received my food but not the drink. Not happy. Poor customer service. need better training for the night staff there.

I went through the drive through to get a free small water and I drove through connecting my phone to my car and a young girl with blonde hair yelled out “get of your phone you s**t” such bad service. How can people like that work in hospitality.

please educate your drive through staff on all the functions of your app. If your location on the app won’t work, it gives you a longer code to give them. The worker and supervisor refused to take the code as it was not the usual 4 digit code. This mean’t I had to re-order for the friend i was picking up food for and had no clue what she wanted. That being said your staff is always lovely, but may need some more training.
