Six Counties, a nod to the six districts that make up the beautiful New England Region has arrived. Led by chef, Kevin Harris who has more than 20 years’ experience in the industry. Having had multiple successful ventures in Sydney, Kev just couldn’t say no to the opportunity to open a venue on the gorgeous grounds (and galleries) of NERAM! Here you’ll find something for everyone. Kev’s vision is to focus on locally sourced, high quality produce – everything made fresh on site. Seasonal menus and daily specials always on offer. Continuing a twelve year partnership with Allpress Espresso, Six Counties will offer their Brown Mills Organic Range and a variety of teas from the Organic Tea Project. Cafe open now. 8am-2.30pm Tuesday to Sunday

Nice cafe with friendly country people. They make a pretty decent cuppa and have a bunch of delicious meals on offer as well. Spacious outdoor seating with a view of greenery and sculptures. The perfect spot to reflect after your visit to NERAM, or just to chill and enjoy the environment.

very good coffee. but the crispy fried bacon is terrible. apparently they pre cook the bacon and then recook as required. terrible way to make bacon and eggs. ghastly tough jaw breakers.

Our second time here. Despite the positive experience during our first visit here, the second wasn’t good. Poor organisation from the staff. There were many free tables but no one was clean and no a single waitress was going to clean it(they didn’t look very busy behind the counter) so we had to sit in a dirty(water marks and food leftover)table, we cleaned it by ourselves with tissues and hand sanitiser. They didn’t bring us tap water or cutlery, which we had to take them from another table. No lanch specials.
