A restaurant of the Hyatt hotel, Lennons has an enriching atmosphere of modern classiness. Jazz music plays throughout and adds to the cool vibe. The Salmon was beautifully seared, skin crisped to perfection served with a very succulent mushroom. You have a choice of 1 side and sauce, the Winter Garden Vegetable variety was char-grilled, smoky and fresh. Added flavors to the salmon with the Diane sauce on the side. All to top it off with a refreshing 2022 Riesling. The dessert was a white and dark chocolate tart, crafted to satisfy the eye and palate. The tart was covered in a rich dark chocolate and a smooth and creamy white chocolate at its epicenter. The balance in flavors was delightful as no one flavor was overbearing in sweetness and paired with slices of candied blood oranges to make the chocolate pop. A confectionery dessert to die for, absolutely recommended!

Had the duck with the Jim Barry cab Sauvignon nice restaurant in the heart of the city. Appreciated that we could see the kitchen and chefs – it’s always a good vibe. Staff were great. No noise from outside unless windows are open. We also had the sticky date with was delicious.

We had breakfast as part of our hotel stay. Nice selection of the regular foods. I liked the custom omelette and is nice and roomy. With the windows open and windows to the mall it’s a nice view.

I visited the restaurant to celebrate my friend’s birthday. They gave us best meal and service. I appreciate that they gave a surprise cake to my friend. It touched our heart. One of staff speak Japanese, and she helped us in Japanese. Thank you for the wonderful time. I will definitely visit here again.

Two of us came here for some drinks. Drinks were delicious, however, the staff weren’t great. We ordered our second round of drinks with a rude staff member who just never ended up making them. After about 20 minutes we went up and asked another staff member who then brought them over.
