Absolutely unfair and wrong! I’m trying to reach out to your restaurant in the city with no success. It takes me straight to a message bank. My partner and I just spent over $100 for dinner that got delivered to us tonight. Half of what we ordered is missing, however we got double up on spring rolles. And my seafood hot pot is coming with absolutely dry (not crispy) dry! noodles that never been cooked. The whole family is left hungry on Father’s Day with a hole of $100 in our pocket. And no one is taking any responsibility or answer the phone. Thank you for your hospitality. Will never recommend to anyone.

Jackpot is a pretty decent Chinese fast food chain offering casual dining. The meals are affordable and moderately sized, good cost to portion ratio. Service is quite fast. I ordered off the chef special menu and got the seafood combination egg sauce on rice, which was yummy and filling.

Selected food was very delicious and some weren’t that good. Waitress was horrible, nasty attitude. She just brought the food to the table and leave it without even greeting. She was stubborn. Lady taking the order at the register was extremely friendly. Average place.
