The menu is vast, something for everyone. Brother and I had big breakfast, perfect if your hungry and you won’t need lunch. Coffee, long black is spot on. Breakfast and coffee with extra shot was $24, excellent value.

I recently dined at Lazy Moe’s in Bendigo and ordered a medium ribeye on the bone steak. The place was nice and staff were friendly but unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The steak I received did not resemble a ribeye at all, and it was overcooked, which was disappointing. The accompanying chips and mushroom sauce also fell short in terms of flavor and taste. Overall, I was not satisfied with the quality of the meal I received. I hope Lazy Moe’s can address these issues to improve the dining experience for their customers in the future.

Terrible experience and service. Our food took over 45mins to arrive. We ordered medium rare steak and it was completely overdone and burnt. It was not edible at all. Manager was rude and defensive, stating that’s the way their steak is cooked because it is ‘chargrilled’. Highly unacceptable, we are steak lovers and we have dined in many other places and it is cooked to perfection. Unlike this restaurant, it was not edible at all. Will never recommend nor return. Absolutely appalling!!

I see Hopetoun Hotel & public bar sign. Walk in. Greeted by waitress, table for one? I asked if this was pub? I just want a drink. Can i offer you the drinks menu? Where are your taps. No taps, we have bottled beer. From the street it appears to be a pub. Clearly it is not. 🙂

Ordered steak medium rare end up coming as medium well. Chef seem don’t know what medium rare and medium well. Notify the staff they seem don’t care not even bother to check it. No good service, no good food cook knowledge. Shame for having a long menu.

Service is friendly, prompt and obliging. Food is plentiful and generally good. First visit, pork ribs were excellent. Second, barramundi was unfortunately overcooked – white, dry and crumbled rather than translucent and flaky.
