Every time we go here they mess up the order. Last night after messing up the order, what they replaced it with looked like it had potentially been tampered with out of spite and we had to throw all the meals out. I usually ask for a Zinger burger without lettuce, but with a slice of cheese. I pay extra for the slice of cheese and I usually get given a standard Zinger with lettuce. Last night after taking this back, they then replaced the other two zingers burgers in the meals with ones that had a suspect looking grey sauce

Used to be great but as of the last 6 months or so they’ve been terrible about missing items from orders. Potato and gravy in particular never seems to be given anymore, despite being part of the meal. It’s happened so often I have to believe its intentional.

Ordered through the app when we arrived in store. We were 5th in line. However after 25 mins, people that were in ordering after us were receiving their meal before us. I asked at the counter about our meal and was told that they were waiting on part of our meal to be cooked.

Was told on friday night that yes, although mashies are not on the official menu that you can still order them as they still have heaps left at the warehouse. Specifically asked if it was only on the app, and was told that you can order them at the drive through window. Went there and ordered them was told oh yes we have them. Got to the window to pay and told oh no its only on delivery orders. I dont want to order uber eats. Looks like KFC needs to remember the people who took the time to come to the store for years and built the business to what it is today. Very dissapionted and wont be the first place i think of for my usual “friday night dont feel like cooking meal.”

If you want food, give them time after 10 for them to show up and cook because they won’t even be there on opening. Always check your order because 6-7/10 times they either get the order wrong or you need to wait ages for them to make more of whatever they ran out of.
