Our once a week takeaway for 6 of us. What once you to be good value is pretty disappointing these days. When this shop first opened staff were great and so was good. Everytime I come here there out of chicken and they make mistakes on my order.

Get better managers! Time waits are so bad you have more refunds and walk outs being issued then chicken and this is visiting on seperate occassions. Staff are so stressed out they dont know how to run a shift properly just sad to see because half of them are children still. The music is worse then a dodgey night club HP Boyz explicit lyrics on what sounded like a mobile or broken small speaker at full volume. I wont be returning, id rather make the drive to Meadowbrook thats how bad this store is!

Chicken was very oily did not look like KFC, ate 3 pieces out of a 15 piece Bucket. We had to throw the rest, did not ring store. Nothing will change. We tried it when it first opened 8 years ago, swore we would never go back. Still oily & smelly as ever.

Fast food has never been so slow. 45 minute wait + longer for others around. Staff were rude and lazy and seemed not to know what they were doing. It’s hard to be a bad KFC, but this is just a bad fast food joint in general. I would recommend any other KFC. Don’t bother stopping off the highway for this one. 1 star

Everytime we order it takes forever to get your order and then it’s never right tonight’s adventure through our order left us with half filled chips rock hard bread rolls and 9 wings in an 15 piece bucket ridiculous when feeding 4 young adults come on KFC your store wasn’t even busy yous had ample staff to give out correct orders I even tried to call back and your phone rings once and the call ends not a great way to serve your customers!!!! And when you do answer yous don’t even send out our vouchers via email!!!!
