I don’t understand why staff seem to think it’s acceptable to allow rowdy young people to sit in the dinning area when none of them buy anything from the store , this happens regularly and it makes sitting down and enjoying the meal that we have purchased impossible

I had a zinger wrap and chips and the chips were soft the zinger was that hard i couldnt eat it and my husband had zinger meal and he couldnt eat the chips i really think the chip oil needed changing as i owned my own fish and chip shop and you know when the oil needs changing so i will never go back
