Chicken was absolutely drenched in oil, so bad that the box broke when we pulled it out. Couldnt even enjoy holding it bc it fell apart in my hands. Chuck the rest of the chicken away. Not worth keeping. Wouldnt feed it to the dog.

I am an old woman. I only have KFC meal once in a long while as a special treat. I paid $13.95 for 3 piece box of hot and spicy chicken at the drive through. I believed the tall big bone Caucasian lady who passed me the box must have given me the correct items ie 1 piece each of the various chicken parts. Guess what? I have 2 tiny wings and a tiny drumstick. Essentially, mainly bones for a $13.95 chicken dinner. How could you? I tried to call the Thornlie KFC store to give feedback to the manager 3x. No one even pick up the phone. I ended up still feeling so hungry and having to take home food to top up. Shame on you and your business ethics!

Disgusting. I have no words for how gross the food has been. The fact that KFC as a company thinks it is OK to have customers ordering and waiting for over 30 minutes when they come into the store to ensure drive through is the priority makes me so angry. The lack of intelligence and customer service to prioritise lazy people in their car over those who actually get out and walk astounds me. I have had delivery drivers wait anywhere between 30 minutes to an hour. You’re disgraceful KFC.

Whatever you do, don’t make the same mistake I did and go into the restaurant because the drive through is full. I was kept waiting for half an hour in the shop whilst the drive through cleared. If I had of used the dove through I would have been out in 10 minutes. They prioritise drive through and leave you waiting inside. Never again.

I ordered a delivery through their app and was given the completely wrong chicken with no attempt to even contact me about a substitution. They also gave me chicken that costs less than what I ordered. It’s so disrespectful and I won’t be going back.

Ordered a Zinger Box through menulog and found out 1 of the 3 wicked wings burnt and the 3rd piece was replaced as a chicken nugget. Later, I found something wasn’t right with the nugget and I happened to find a huge piece of plastic in it. Went back to the restaurant to complain, Manager apologised and explained how it wasn’t contaminated and offered for an exchange. Later went back home to finish my food and found out they’ve only added more chips into the same box that I had refunded. Horrible service honestly.

Came here the other day and ordered 2 zinger boxes one was original and the other spicy. It wasn’t a busy night but suprisingly waited over 20 minutes for our food. The burgers were small and chicken was dry chips were stale mash and gravy was cold, had zero sauce in both of the burgers and chicken in the spicy burger was wayyy over cooked. Overpriced and disappointed.
